Mazatlán.- Long live México! The craft brewery ‘La Bichola’ dressed in the national colors to commemorate the Independence of México and thus live a great Mexican party.
Upon arrival, the Mazatlecos were able to observe the traditional decoration of flags and hats, as well as the confetti on their walls that gave it that touch of color that cannot be missed.

Another of the things that could not be missing was the food truck with typical Mexican food, but with a contemporary twist. On the menu offered:
⁃ Fatties stuffed with Oaxaca cheese and pork rinds in red sauce
⁃ Golden brisket tacos
⁃ Cochinera pibil cake with tanned onion and house chips
Obviously the protagonists were the craft beers, which are manufactured right there. The most popular was the Blonde Ale, a golden beer of American origin with sweet malt and hops, very refreshing and easy to drink.
But the Pale Ale, the Pale Large, the Potter Brown and the American Ipa also stood out.
