The group of hackers, calling themselves “Guacamaya”, accessed information from the Secretary of National Defense (Sedena) and achieved a massive hack that brought to light some of the most controversial security issues that this administration has faced.

The information collected was sent to the journalist Carlos Loret de Mola, who in his information space Latinus released the information tonight, especially the health records of President López Obrador, and what would be a concealment of a transfer as a “serious” of the president.

“On January 2 of this year, an Army air ambulance had to go to Palenque, Chiapas, where President López Obrador’s ranch is located, to transfer him to the CDMX Central Military Hospital.

A series of confidential documents reveal that on that day, in Palenque, Presidente had to be monitored, channeled and medicated before flying to the México City airport from where he was immediately taken by helicopter to the military hospital with a serious diagnosis,” says Loret in his Latinus program.

López Obrador was diagnosed with high-risk unstable angina, a worrying heart condition that can lead to heart attacks. After January 2, at the National Palace, blood and laboratory samples were taken, a week later, on the 10th, López Obrador announced on Twitter that he had Covid-19. “Neither he nor anyone from his government referred to the emergency transfer or the serious diagnosis,” says Loret.

The Culiacanazo. One of the documents reveals how the sons of Chapo Guzmán “bent” the Mexican government in the operation known as Culiacanazo, which occurred on October 17, 2019.

In one of the emails reviewed, a special part of the Culiacanazo is given as an example so that the soldiers of the National Guard write this type of report. The document summarizes what happened:

“The Army establishes that at 3:15 p.m. “the arrest of Ovidio Guzmán was carried out, fulfilling an arrest warrant issued on April 2, 2018 by the Federal Court of Columbia in the United States, for organized crime offenses for the purpose of stockpiling and trafficking weapons, kidnapping, collection of flat and crimes against health.

“The military report explains that two minutes later, ‘the security forces invite Ovidio to persuade his brothers to cease their hostile attitude’, and that for this he communicated directly with “Iván Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar, ordering him to order the cessation of the attacks, but his brother responded with a refusal and made threats against the military personnel and their families'”.

Due to the above, after a few hours, President Andrés Manuel López Obrador “folded his hands before the cartel of Sinaloa”, points out Loret’s piece in Latinus.

The military report states: “At 7:30 p.m., the order was received from the Citizen President of the Republic to cease the operation to arrest Ovidio Guzmán López.”

Another point to note is that the official version of the fatalities of the Culiacanazo mentions that there were eight; however, the internal documents of the Armed Forces indicate that nine deceased people left.

Ojeda and Crescencio, “a clash”. One more piece of information revealed by Latinus is that there is a letter from the Secretary of the Navy, Admiral Rafael Ojeda, to the Secretary of Defense, General Luis Crescencio Sandoval, in which show their differences about security at México City International Airport (AICM)dated June 22 last.

In one of the paragraphs written by Admiral Ojeda the following can be read:

“This is not a question of numbers, but of coordination between institutions, always respecting our areas of competence… never with the intention of seeking protagonism.”

Lack of the Army at border crossings. Another national security fact that they released is how many Army personnel are stationed at each of the Tijuana border crossings, and at each tactical point.

They emphasize that on the southern border, in Cancun, the case is “particularly serious,” according to Latinus’ note, since in terminal e of the Cancun airport La Defense admits that the optimum is to have 56 elements and there are only 14.

At some times, the presence of personnel is 3 soldiers, which puts this area in “conditions of critical weakness”, which would leave an open door for all kinds of illegal traffic.
