“It’s not just another music festival . It’s the first music festival in Latin America that embraces sexual diversity,” said communicator and content creator Quique Galdeano, who chaired the festival’s presentation conference and gave details about the event that , he assured, he had been “thinking, analyzing and dreaming” for three years.

In addition to the aforementioned artists , others such as Flor Amargo, Sophia Thompson, Paty Cantú, Zemmoa and Andrew Cassara will also offer concerts .

“I am very happy to present myself this June 3, I feel super excited and to sing , it has already been said. Paulina is in the house,” said the singer of hits like “Not a single word” and “I am not that woman.” in a video that was screened at the event.

For her part, the singer-songwriter Flor Amargo , who was present at the event held at the CDMX Arena , said that “there is only one life, so daring to be who you are is what we came to do,” she said.

But more than 30 communicators, influencers, activists and artists will also be protagonists of the event , including Natalia Lane, Michelle Rodríguez, Kunno, Taiga Brava, Rojstar, Leslie Gallardo, Le Paline, Deborah la Grande and Jerry Velázquez.

The event is organized by M2C, Zignia and Pinkbox and will be held at Parque Bicentenario.

The pre-sale of the tickets will be the next March 16, 17 and 18, through the Superboletos platform.

On April 19, the organizers will give more details about the Love & Pride festival , in an event that will be held at the Museum of Memory and Tolerance , located in the historic center of the Mexican capital.

This will be one of the activities prior to the festival that the organizers have contemplated, in this case through a cocktail that will bring together several generations to “honor the activisms that paved the way for us in the fight for human and sexual rights in the decade of the 70s, 80s and 90s in Mexico”, says the press release.

“The Love & Pride festival welcomes all identities, expressions and orientations that exist. It will be a safe space for those who decide to attend and also step on stage following the values ​​of unity and respect, always looking for empathy and always generating positive conversation to live in freedom ”, he adds.

Another of the previous activities will be some conversations that will take place in different schools and universities between April and May 2023.

According to the promoters of the festival , another of the allies that will be present is Trebol Project México , an organization dedicated to crisis intervention and suicide prevention for LGBT+ youth , which provides support through a 24/7 helpline the 365 days of the year.
