MÁRMOL, MAZATLÁN._ A shower of requests for works to improve the Mármol union made residents of that community the Mayor Édgar González, when the Cabildo Abierto 08 was held in the place.
The Mayor, Councilors, the Attorney General Trustee and municipal directors listened to the needs of the inhabitants of the community.
On this occasion, there was the participation of 10 citizens who presented to the authorities various needs in sports, public works, public services, educational infrastructure, among others, in order to improve their environment and areas they inhabit.
Among the requests are nets for goals and lighting in soccer fields, rehabilitation of drainage networks, reforestation, drums for garbage, rehabilitation in the square of the place, material support and improvement works for the schools of the union, dredges and cleaning of the stream and the connection of home drainage.
Residents of nearby communities such as Los Llanitos, El Chamizal and Estación Modesto also participated, requesting road repairs, new lights, solutions to problems of drinking water shortages and the construction of a ford.
According to a communiqué from the municipal government, all requests were noted by the mayor and a director or municipal official was assigned to follow up and attend to them as soon as possible.
Finally, the plenary session of the Cabildo agreed and approved that the next session of the Open Cabildo number nine will be held on May 19 in the Cabildo Hall of the Municipal Palace.
