USA.- A woman of Colorado is sentenced to 90 days in prison for abusing a 13-year-old boy.

Andrea “S”, 31, was arrested on a charge of sexual assault against a minor by someone in a position of trust in July 2022.

The woman confessed to having abused a 13-year-old boy and after she gave birth to her son was sentenced to 90 days in jail, after reaching a plea agreement that now excludes jail time previously served.

The charges were reduced in February to estrupo after she accepted a plea deal with prosecutors, according to local media.

The deal, which included 10 years to life in prison for sex offenders with enhanced supervised release, allowed Andrea to avoid jail time. But on Thursday, an El Paso County, Colorado, judge gave him 90 days in jail despite the earlier plea deal.

The boy’s mother asked the judge to put the woman behind bars told him that he is a bad example for the community and that there are no consequences.

This is not right…she needs to go to jail“. Said the boy’s mother.

Andrea apologized for her actions during the plea hearing. “I just want to say I’m sorry Andrea said.

Police began investigating Andrea on June 17, 2022 after receiving a report of “sexual assault on a 13 year old boy“, according to the Fountain police.

Andrea will start her prison time next week, after being given a seven-day reprieve to ensure her children are well cared for.

Police reported that the woman was arrested after confirming the relationship with the minor. She had previously posted bail of at least $70,000.

The adolescent’s mother mentioned that “He feels that his son’s childhood was stolen and now he will have to be a father.”
