Elements of the Mazatlán Municipal Public Security Secretariat assigned to the Cerritos area answered the call to find out about the situation of this person.
When requesting the woman ‘s information and checking it against the database, she revealed that she had a search file, so she was taken to the staff of the Department of Preventive Programs to start with the corresponding procedures in these cases.
Through a press release, Vinicio Parra Alaniz , head of the Department of Preventive Programs, pointed out that while the 20-year-old Vanessa Rubí “N” was receiving medical attention and food , she contacted her relatives , who arrived at the port Wednesday morning to extend the legal proceedings and deliver the young woman.
According to the diagnosis made by the medical service that treated Vanessa Rubí , she only presented disorientation and fatigue .
Parra Alaniz highlighted that upon the arrival of the relatives, the legal procedures were carried out in conjunction with the personnel of the State Prosecutor’s Office of Sinaloa and Jalisco.
