‘Super tacos El Panchito’, five years conquering the palate

5 years ago, Arturo Álvarez, alias El Panchito, decided to start and open a business selling tacos, but not just any, but rather the tastiest ones.

In its modest but curious little cart, you can find a wide variety of hot stews that range from pressed pork rinds, which is the house specialty, to ranch liver, beans, machaca with potatoes, and beef stew.

But be careful, every day of the week the menu changes, for example, on Wednesday and Saturday you can also find beef head and Thursday and Friday battered shrimp and fish.

The taquitos are double tortilla and you can accompany them with different accessories such as their different sauces, although don’t be fooled by the pico de gallo, it looks innocent, but it brings tears.

It has two little tables where you can eat your tacos, but there is also a bar so you can taste your food standing up, just like in México City, a very common act in those parts.

But what makes them so special? The taste and the attention, Panchito attends to each of his clients as if they were his family and with great respect, without a doubt kindness is what characterizes him.

They are located on Avenida Insurgentes in front of Soriana from Monday to Friday with hours from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

All the tacos, regardless of the stew, are priced at $21 pesos except for the bean ones that cost $17 pesos and you can accompany them with a flavored water that can be a liter or refil.
