The Morenoite Governor of Sinaloa, Rubén Rocha Moya, expressed that it is “mas feo” to have a child with addictions than a homosexual or disabled one, in the heart of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

The PRI general secretariat, Paloma Sánchez, criticized the comments of the state president and expressed solidarity with the families “who fight every day to face discrimination in Sinaloa and Mexico”.
