MAZATLÀN.- A night to remember was experienced at the Teodoro Mariscal Stadium, despite the defeat of the Venados de Mazatlán, 2-8, against the Águilas de Mexicali, who equalized the series one game per side and everything will be defined by the Sunday, exactly at 6:00 p.m.

The feathered ones would increase the score by creating a three-run rally at the top of the third inning. At the close of the fourth chapter, Venados managed to make their second run of the game. Ricky Álvarez hit a double to the left field, with Alex Liddi entering the plate without complications, bringing the Reds closer in the game.
Mexicali would quickly increase their lead by scoring the fifth run of the game in the fifth set. Reynaldo Rodríguez would score a double in the central field, sending his teammate Norberto Obeso to the rubber.
The Cachanillas did one more in the eighth inning, Javier Salazar gave the center indisputable a hit, entering without complications until Luis Santos plate with the sixth run of the visit. Two more would come in the ninth inning for the feathered ones, ending the game one at the feet of Milan Tolentino after a wild pitch by Jesús Ríos.
