México CITY (apro).- Enrique Inzunza – candidate for senator of the Republic for Morena– was reported to the Prosecutor’s Office for Crimes of Violence against Women and Human Trafficking (FEVIMTRA), for the crimes of human trafficking, pornographic acts and aggravated sexual violence, announced the organization “Voices humanizing justice.”
“Hincate and suck it,” Inzunza Cázarez reportedly said to Ana Karina Aragón Cutiño – who is a Judge of the 1st Instance of Control and Criminal Prosecution –, after a work event on August 28, 2016, when he allegedly forced her to see his erect penis. and he uttered that phrase, as revealed in the document.
Once Aragón Cutiño went to present his complaint to the FEVIMTRA – of the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) – for the crimes of human trafficking, pornographic acts and rape, the Office of Parties, as well as the MP on duty , Sandra Yareli Esquivel Aldana, allegedly refused to accept the complaint.
Subsequently, the complainant and her lawyers were intimidated by armed FGR personnel, on orders from the head of FEVIMTRA, Leticia Catalina Soto Acosta, as reported in the statement.
According to the information presented by the NGO, the FGR argued that they could not receive the complaint because “they were not denouncing just anyone.” At that time Inzunza was president of the State Court of Justice. Likewise, they told the victim herself that she “wasn’t just any person either.”
Minutes after this, Ana Karina received a call from an unknown number, through which they tried to convince her not to file the complaint, so she and her lawyers left the facilities.
The complaint was presented, but digitally, through the institution’s portal.
Currently Inzunza Cázarez is on leave as Secretary of the Government of Sinaloa which is chaired by Rubén Rocha Moya, also a Morenist.
