Mazatlán.- Due to the city’s changing gastronomic and commercial industry, mobile food businesses, such as food trucks, are gaining strength. However, the Chief Official’s Office will be strict with those who do not process their permits correctly.
The head of the agency, Rogelio Olivas Osuna, highlighted a particular case of one of these units (food trucks) that was installed in a well-known neighborhood of the city.
«I received the respective photographs and complaint, they argued that they already had authorization, but they did not have it from anyone. “The deputy director of commerce went directly and the corresponding sanction was applied.”
