MAZATLÁN.- Another section of Mazatlán streets will be closed to traffic. This time it is the intersection of Roosevelt and Benito Juárez, in the City Center, announced the Municipal Traffic Subdirectorate.
This is due to the works to interconnect the sewer network and paving works.

Juan Sergio Camacho Torres, Deputy Director of Municipal Traffic, reported that the traffic closure, starting at Avenida Miguel Alemán, began on Friday at 7:00 a.m. and will continue until Monday.


Camacho Torres added that those who travel through the area can take alternative routes, continuing along Miguel Alemán to the East to join Teniente José Azueta and continue on their way to the Pino Suárez Market.
The Deputy Director of Municipal Traffic asks drivers to drive with caution in this area.
Other street closures
This week, the Traffic Sub-Directorate reported that the closure of the Colosio Bypass at the intersection with Munich would be extended due to the construction of the overpass.
