In an interview for Sinaloa Online, Katia Tirado shared that they started this business in 2005 when her father only made cajeta, however, years later they began to make leche quemada, cocadas, marzipan, jamoncillos, papaya preserves, among others. It should be noted that all these sweets are homemade and do not have preservatives. Katia commented that the product that visitors request the most is jamoncillo, since it is offered in different presentations, that is, in boxes and in bars.
