MAZATLÁN._ Santa Rosa Avenue has been dark for years in the section between Santa Rosa and the Glorieta de Valle Dorado, residents of the settlement complain.
“It is unfortunate that we are in the dark, with danger for young people and workers who cross on foot to take the bus,” said José Tirado, an affected resident.
The problem affects students from ETI 77 Secondary School and numerous workers who travel through the area daily.
Residents are calling for an immediate solution to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all pedestrians.
