Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- In response to the growing wave of forced disappearances in Mazatlán, the governor of Sinaloa Rubén Rocha Moya, reported that the situation is being addressed in close coordination with the municipal president, Edgar González Zataráin. The disappearances have generated concern and mobilization among both authorities and citizens, who demand the location of the victims and their return alive.
Rocha Moya assured that he was aware of the cases and explained that joint efforts are being carried out to locate the missing people. “The president and I are already very much in coordination with the issue here, and yes, we are following up on it because we already know more or less how it is behaving,” declared the governor, alluding to the strategy they are implementing to address the crisis. of missing people in Mazatlán.
