EL ROBLE, Mazatlán._ Mayor Estrella Palacios Domínguez and her team of municipal officials moved their offices this time to the community of El Roble.
In the third day of citizen service, which takes place every Saturday, the authorities attended to 54 inhabitants and 77 requests regarding public services, urban infrastructure works and social supports.
In the El Roble shed, Palacios Domínguez welcomed all the people, expressing his commitment to serving all Mazatlecos.
According to a statement, the Municipal President and her work team listened and attended directly to each of the citizens.
The first to pass was the commissioner of El Roble, Isaac Paredes Zamudio, who requested the repair of harvest roads, which will be attended to through the “Camino al Andar” program.
“I want to tell you that it is our commitment to be serving the eight unions of our Mazatlán, as the citizens deserve, that is why we are bringing these days of citizen attention called ‘Contigo Mazatlán’, and well, we have only three weeks since our administration began , but the commitment is very great and so is our enthusiasm, and what is our objective? Serve the Mazatlecos,” said the Mayor.
Among the requests, which officials will follow up on, were street scraping, paving, improvement of drinking water and sanitary drainage service, support with food pantries, wheelchairs, canes and walkers.
People also took advantage of the “Connectivity for Wellbeing” program, as the Federal Government’s Nation Servers delivered free cell phone chips to 35 beneficiaries, each chip with 500 messages, 1,500 minutes for calls and 5 GB of Internet. which is renewed every month for a year.
Before starting the “Contigo Mazatlán” citizen service day, Palacios Domínguez gave the signal for the start of a new sports space in the town, which will be a soccer field to promote sports in children and young people, generating well-being for the inhabitants. .
Some of the municipal areas that were present were the Secretariat of the Presidency, Public Services, Public Works, Jumapam, Welfare and Social Development, Economic Development, Mazatlán DIF System, Municipal Women’s Institute, Municipal Sports Institute, Public Security and Civil Protection .
