Mazatlán. – Programs such as “Peso a Peso”, or 50/50 for construction materials, and the support of sheets, will return to Mazatlán by 2025, announced the director of Welfare, Francisco Javier García Ruiz.
He mentioned that these programs were suspended in the previous administration due to electoral times, however, they were already contemplated for 2025, within the expenditure budget.

They are currently working with the start of works within the resource they received from the Federal Government from the Contribution Fund for Social Infrastructure, the FAIS.
“Some works were done and it was on the part of the management… What I received was practically 7 million pesos, which already marked the start of the work,” he said.

These works are paving and hydrosanitary infrastructure in the Doña Chonita, Francisco I. Madero, Ramón F. Iturbide and Mazatlán I neighborhoods.
