*Registration for the Pension program for the Well-being of Seniors aged 65 and over opens today, Tuesday.
The Delegate of Welfare Programs in Sinaloa Ángel Úlises Piña García, and the Director of Welfare and Social Development of the Government chaired by Estrella Palacios Domínguez, Javier García Ruiz, announced the progress of the Wellbeing Programs.
At a press conference, Piña García reported that today, Tuesday, the incorporation of the Pension program for the Well-being of Seniors aged 65 and over began, whose registration will be valid until November 30 of this year.
There are 21 registration modules in the state, which can be identified through the platform www.gob.mx/bienestarwhere you have to enter the federal entity and municipality to locate the closest module.
The documents required are the following: official identification, birth certificate, CURP, proof of address no older than 6 months and contact telephone number.
In the case of Mazatlán, the Delegate highlighted that 94,139 people have benefited from the Wellbeing Programs, with a dispersion of resources of nearly 2 and a half billion pesos.
With the Pensión Mujeres Bienestar program, there is a record of 3,758 beneficiaries, and a census of 20,947 people.
Through the Health House by House program, the census was carried out on 126 thousand people in the state, with the participation of 5 thousand 438 doctors, nurses and health professionals seeking to be hired, with a record in Mazatlán of 615, and where 872 health experts will be hired.
“We are doing very well here in Mazatlán, we are working as a team with the Municipality, with the Government headed by Mayor Estrella Palacios, the truth is that since she started, since she took office, she has been an ally of the Wellbeing Programs “We have had a lot of coordination and they have supported us a lot in terms of programs, we are teaming up for the well-being of the Mazatlecos,” he said.
For his part, the Director of Welfare and Social Development of the City Council highlighted that the programs and beneficiaries are the fruit of the vision of the President of the Republic, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, and have the full support of Governor Rubén Rocha Moya, and President Estrella Palacios.
“From the Directorate of Welfare and Social Development we have been working since the first day of this administration to support these programs, and we are also innovating programs in the Municipality, implementing community programs that encourage participation and we are strengthening our Mazatlán families with tools that promote their social development. Our goal is the same, a humanistic, inclusive Mazatlán with more well-being for everyone,” he commented.
Also present at the press conference was the Welfare Coordinator in the Southern Zone of the State, Lorena de Lourdes Tamayo Alcaraz.
