40 -hour workday will be a reality for the year 2030

The head of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, Marath Bolaños, announced that in México gradually and gradually the 40 -hour work week will be established by instruction of President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, and all sectors involved will be considered.

He said that this “social historical” fact will be done through a dialogue process in which all the people involved will be taken into account. He assured that workers and patterns will be heard to reach agreements that will establish a new labor scene to have well -being.

He pointed out that the various sectors of workers, businessmen, academics and other interested parties will be convened so that, from June 2 to July 7, there are dialogues and forums that the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare will organize, and thus build a proposal.
