Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- To improve the attention to the user of the drinking water service, personnel of the Department of Collection of the Commercial Management of Jumapam, participated in a training course taught by Pedro Pérez González, head of the Directorate of Legal Affairs of the Operating Agency.
As part of the lines of action of the municipal president, Estrella Palacios Domínguez, to provide talks and training workshops to all the government’s staff, this time, more than 40 employees in the rural and urban area of Mazatlán attended, including the commercial manager, Oscar Humberto Calzadillas Pérez, and area chiefs of said management.
“More than anything, the training given to the field staff of the collection area is for them to have good communication with users, since they are working in the field and usually have to dialogue with users, especially because of the filings of some formats, so that they do so in a correct way and that does not cause discomfort with users,” he explained.
The public servant acknowledged that these types of training are very important, because, in some cases, it is necessary for workers to fill out formats or documents in accordance with the work order they do, so they must have legal and precise knowledge about the matter to be addressed, always with the aim of clear Sinaloa and other regulations that govern us.
Calzadillas Pérez added that this training to the field staff is being given because the institution ensures the protection of citizens, to avoid scams and guarantee respect for their civil rights; Having interaction with Jumapam personnel, the user will be sure that they are employees, who perform their legal foundation functions, and are duly identified with uniform and badge of the institution, working with strict adherence to the legality, in accordance with the strategic axis “Ordered and efficient Mazatlán”.
