Mazatlán City Council has not paid the purchase of medicines for almost 20 million

Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- More than four months after a Purchase of non -paying medications in Mazatlán the City Council has not yet discussed the 19.6 million pesos corresponding to the contract directly awarded in December 2024.
