The red hitters did not respect hierarchies, since Ramiro Peña received the reliever with a hit and left his place for the emerging Santiago Gómez, who advanced with a wild pitch.
Juan Mora was hit and Estamy Ureña tied everything with a single to left. After Keven Lamas struck out, Leo Germán came off the bench to send the unstoppable ball to put Venados ahead for the first time in the entire match.
Andrés Álvarez, who went 3-for-5 in the match, shot another tubey to increase the Buenos Aires lead to 7-5 and caused Lehman to leave.
Néstor Anguamea, the new pitcher, was received by Christopher Escárrega for an uncatchable hit to leave what would be the final score, since Zac Rosscup was in charge of lowering the curtain with three consecutive outs at the bottom of the episode.
The first Jaguar race falls, by mistake
The first run of the game fell in the same first inning, where an error by Brayan Quintero on a hit by Ricardo Valenzuela allowed Jacob Rhinesmith to score.
A chapter later, César Mendoza sent the unstoppable ball to the right field for Marcos Castañón and put the score at 2-0 against Nolan Kingham.
Venados had to wait until the third inning to get on the scoreboard and tie the match.
It all started with Christhopher Escárrega with a hit and theft of a base and after a fly ball by Brayan Quintero, José Alonso Gaitán received a walk and Ramiro Peña set the ball rolling unstoppably to fill the mats.
Then Mazatlán’s Juan Mora appeared with a shot through the anteroom, where Marcos Castañón botched for Escárrega to cut the deficit to 2-1.
Estamy Ureña continued the party with a single to right field, with which Gaitán scored the equalizer.
Ricardo Valenzuela’s home run all over the center returned the advantage to the hosts at the close of the chapter.

But the Buenos Aires team equalized everything again in the fourth round. Andrés Álvarez opened with an uncatchable hit to left and after striking out Christopher Escárrega, “El Papas” hit the mat before Brayan Quintero responded with a hit into no man’s land to make the score 3-3.
Jaguares would once again take command of the match in the sixth, thanks to a double from César Mendoza and an unstoppable effort from Carlos Sepúlveda.
The eighth would bring one more score for Venados, when once again Andrés Álvarez hit undisputed, he stole second and Brayan Quintero sent him to the promised land with a hit of similar characteristics.
The victory went to Alex Tovalín (1-0) and the defeat went to Taylor Lehman (1-2). The save belonged to Zac Rosscup (5).
