Mazatlán recovers its nightlife with the tourist rebound and the arrival of foreign visitors

Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- After months of ups and downs due to insecurity issues, the nightlife in Mazatlán begins to recover thanks to the increase in the arrival of national and foreign tourists, reported the vice president of Commerce of the Kanak, Miguel Hernandez Fonseca.

The business representative pointed out that the recent celebrations of Halloween and Day of the Dead left very positive results for the bars, clubs, shops and restaurants generating a visible reactivation in the main tourist areas of the port.

“Nightlife is beginning to recover in general terms, we are in force and we hope to continue this way until the end of the year,” said Hernández Fonseca, who highlighted that the Good End and the next long weekend will further boost the local economy.

The leader explained that the winter season is shaping up to be one of the strongest in recent years, due to the increase in flights from Canada and the United States as well as the high hotel and air demand. “The expectation is good; there are new confirmed routes from Canada and that makes us expect a great winter season,” he indicated.

In addition, he mentioned that many establishments are already adapting to the consumption habits of international tourists mainly Canadian, offering menus, schedules and personalized attention, with the aim of strengthening their loyalty to Mazatlán as a destination.

With the arrival of international, national and regional visitors the port is experiencing a new stage of economic dynamism that reactivates nightlife, commerce and confidence among local businessmen.
